Flush DNS Cache

On April 12, 2006, in Apple OS X, by Brad

You can clear the DNS cache on OS X by entering the following command at the shell prompt.

lookupd -flushcache

On a windows 2000/XP/2003 system you would type the following from a command prompt.

ipconfig /flushdns
